Loved the movie. Some of you who are saying the plot was pointless obviously DID NOT PAY ATTENTION! The reason for wanting to kill the scientists was because she built a machine that could detect vibranium. Knowing that vibranium exists is irrelevant to the fact that now it can be detected by other nations. THATS THE POINT! She is the master mind behind the device she built so they wanted her dead so it can’t be built by anyone else. If you know ANYTHING about vibranium it can’t be detected by ANY metal detector. Wakanda has now found out that they are not the only nation with vibranium as a resource. The Talokan also has it as well. And the surface world wants their vibranium. Hence the opening scene with the US government asking wakanda to share their vibranium. There was also an opening scene where the machine was in the water detecting the vibranium and also finding the Talokan people. THATS THE POINT OF WANTING TO DESTROY THE SURFACE WORLD. The Talokan people want to stay hidden and keep their resources to themselves. The US government is trying to take it by force. I wasn’t feeling Shuri as the new black panther. But over all the movie was good. Someone else could have played the scientist. The girl that played the scientist did not add to the film at all. It was like someone was giving her a chance at stardom lol. Over all! Dope film. Don’t listen to the ones who didn’t actually pay attention
