I reserved a booth table. Reservation was at 7:30pm and we did not get sat until 8:10pm. Even if you make a reservation you will still have to wait a long time to get sat. The staff that was in charged of sitting us down was extremely rude. They sat us at the garden after I told her my reservation was for a booth. They never bothered to even ask if we were ok with sitting outside. Mind you it was over 100 degrees outside. There was a booth available inside and her response was that it was for a VIP. They do not honor your request so there's no point of making a reservation. The Hispanic lady wearing a hot pink blazer who sat us down had such an attitude and said that basically that's all they had available so either we take it or...... yea that's so unprofessional and I hope she's not in a management role because she's making the place look bad. Please hire better people that actually have good customer service. Our waiter and the food was great. We were there celebrating my birthday and they they didn't make my overall experience a good one.
