Ok, whoever enjoyed this movie needs a thorough sanity check. I did see the whole thing because my wife and I were too lazy to run the umpteenth meticulous movie research so we gave it a GO and by the 20th minute we both knew how the movie would end. Overexaggerated sound effects and sub-par plot don't equal a thriller. It's a teen movie if anything...

Exquisite photographs and videos from the life of Katia and Maurice Krafft - a couple of volcanologists who've dedicated their lives to studying volcanos. They ultimately end up losing their lives while pursuing their passion for magma and ash. The documentary is for those who have an eye for detail and love stunning firry visuals. Towards the end, I got a bit bored - I think it was all thanks to Miranda July's pretentiously infantile narrative intonation.

Not for everyone to enjoy obviously. Especially those with short attention spans that lack emotional depth will be bored. Me and my wife found it to be a great mixture of acting/sound/visuals.
