The cooking is absolutely spectacular, but I just feel the judging is reflective of the need to keep the money rather than judge fairly and payout as required. It gets frustrating when you know the final votes for 20 points can be all over the place and the visiting chef who scores an 8 and a 9 the first two rounds drops to a 16 and loses by one in the final round when the judge says it was amazing the flavor created....disappointing to know the outcome before it happens!
