This is on the Xbox one X. At its heart this is a platformer. I hate platformers. But I love this game. Mostly it's the movement system that does it for me. The speed, agility and the sheer thrill of leaping from building to building so fluidly creates a real buzz. The story is pretty good, as are the side missions and collectables. There was plenty here to keep me coming back long after I completed the main story. I was also impressed with the graphics. The environments vary enough to keep it interesting, and are clean and minimalist. The setting of glass city is created in mostly glass (not surprisingly) plastic and metal with plenty of reflections in the surfaces to provide visual depth. Best of all? It all runs 60fps, providing smooth and clean gameplay that boosts game immersion. So yeah, good game all round. And currently on xbox games pass, so I paid zip for it. Cant also for more than that!
