Terrible movie. It squandered several really good plot points in too fast and never ending song numbers that just were not relatable. It felt like someone who couldn’t succeed at rap tried to do Disney and it became such a mess. There were a few likable characters and some lovely art but they tended to get lost in mix too. Was really looking forward to Disney magic about wishing on a star and the hope. But instead the numerous musical pieces were so cringy (and I usually love Disney music) and fast paced you could barely tell what the point was.
