Every character fills a little role and steps up when their trait is needed. The writing is not shocking or new or anything to remember. It happens. The acting is good. I think hasty work in the editing made the acting seem stiff - very sudden feelings happen but I don't fault the actors.

This movie is enjoyable to see and has a clean cut directing. It was also eye-opening for many people who are co-dependent on painkillers. A genuine story based on actual occurrences deserves our attention. Learn from the consequences of clinical research trials that mislead individuals and damaged their lives.

Absolutely fantastic. This actual story, featuring Benning and Jodie in outstanding performances, is one of the best films of the year. It made me cry at the end and simply advises not to give up. It delivers tension with gorgeous images and well-executed authentic drama. This appears to be their first film, and it is directed by the same individuals who directed Free Solo. They performed admirably as directors here. The film's use of news clips in conjunction with the film felt like a combination of their documentary The Rescue and this great film. A standing ovation for a significant real story achievement.

I was immediately drawn to this film because of its animation style. After seeing it, I really liked the distinct 2D perspective it had throughout the film. It's not like any other children's movie! I also loved how, at the end of the credits, it reminded the viewer to seek and reach out if they are experiencing similar mental health difficulties.

The best way to describe this adaptation of Monkey King is that it reminds me so much of Disney's Hercules movie, not a good adaptation but definitely with it's own charm and good entertainment. I recommend anyone interested to give the other Monkey King movies a try and you may find better ones, unless this one is it for you.

Hugh Grant as an Oompa—someone did a good deed. Given the sophistication of this casting, I'll wager that 5 to 1 nobody said, "Hugh Grant." ideal for the position." A decent cameo. Please accept the previous comments as commentary as I am not as familiar with his roles and career as some of the other members of this group are. Keegan Michael Key is a great fit for this character and is a fantastic candidate for practically any satirical part needing physical presence.
