I enjoy watching and listening to Ree cook. I got on here to tell her that I really envy her the use of her slanted slotted spatula. When a lefty like me tries to use one the angle is all wrong. I have some of her knives and if they are not serrated they work great and I really want to say they are sharp and stay that way. A serrated knife for some reason just defies all my wishes and will not cut a straight line. Again a lefthanded problem. My husband just can't see the problem. Please will someone make an left handed slanted slotted spatula.
