Brutal in every sense. Painfully slow and dull with an abundance of unnecessary shots that give you hope that something interesting might come from them but nothing does. A lot of half-told, irrelevant, rambling stories that go nowhere. The film finishes flat (perhaps thatโs the point).
Could have been condensed into under 2 hours but no one has the balls to say no to directors anymore. Those are 3.5 hours Iโll never get back. I feel violated.
