Really enjoyed the collage of cinematic techniques the director had ripped off from other proffesionala sll mashed together in this utter mess of a film The two leads have about as much chemistry as a two year olds drum kit Scatter in some sassy one liners and edgy comedic relief and we've really got the final piece of the formulaic puzzle. Avoid this film

This film was a huge missed opportunity in my book. The strongest part of the film is the story which with some more development could have made this a real classic. The film wasted so much time on the inane banter between the lead characters and gave little time to the story telling. The chemistry between Johnson and Blunt is pretty much non existent. Whilst Blunt does her best to get a performance out of Johnson it seems pretty apparent that he bothered doing a single take each time. The special affects at time reminded me of Return of the Mommy and looked shockingly bad. Although I have to stay I did enjoy the Conquistador visual effects. Special mention to Jack Whitehall's agent - well played sir/madam.

I think Casey Affleck forgot he was actually in this film whilst they were making it. Not a bad debut from the team America Chris pine puppet. Happily I have low expectations on a Tuesday night.
