This thespian transports me to another world, another dimension, through his performances. He did not miss a beat in Equalizer 3. His comfort with powerful delivery is legendary. A king among men. And a blessed one because he is able to witness the seamless transition of pure excellence from his being to that of his and Pauletta’s son John David 🤴🏾🤴🏾. The breadth of Denzel’s gift is reserved for a rare few. Yet he seems to genuinely be awe-struck by those (i.e., contemporaries, foremothers and forefathers and generations that arose to the calling after he did) who deliver their unique brand of greatness through the medium of thespian art.
