The actors felt so real that it didn’t feel like they were acting. Generational trauma, lies, dysfunctional family, loss, suicide, wrong choices…but all this comes together as we understand why leaving by not saying goodbye sometimes is the best decision under the circumstances

Overall, it's an interesting glance at the life of young Italians in a small town by the beach where tourists visit in the summer and leave in fall. The hook-ups, break-ups, and love triangles are pretty common throughout the series and episodes. The timeline is pretty linear, and the viewer can't tell where it's all headed. The outfits of all actors are matched with the surrounding areas. It's a bit unnatural to match the dress color with the boat color or the interior design. Once you notice these things, it gets a bit annoying.
