I LOVED this film, I really don’t understand where all the hatred is coming from!
Mads did a great job of taking over the role from Johnny, Eddie Redmayne was (as always) amazing and Jude Law played Dumbledore so well!
The whole spinoff series has been leading up to Dumbledore vs Grindelward - which we all know ends with Dumbledore winning. Fantastic Beasts has managed to tell this story in such an unforeseen way by introducing us to new characters and creatures and the global wizarding world. I just can’t for the life of me see why people are being so negative and criticising the films - especially this one which has by far had the most action and shocking moments in!
As a massive Potter fan I’m just happy that the magic hasn’t stopped yet and we get to learn more about the wizarding world - seeing Hogwarts again on the big screen isn’t bad either! I love the plot and all the small storylines like with Jacob and Queenie. I feel grateful for anything J K Rowling gives to us and I will always support her - but especially when it’s of this quality!
