As someone who has been playing the games (since the first one in arcades) this movie was a disappointment. This is a movie about magical birthmarks that can transfer to people.... it's a movie about about a desert with lots of rocks. It's a movie with some cool fan service and fight choreography that otherwise falls flat. Zero character development. Random cookie cutter story. MEH
