As a woman in the Air Force who is struggling to decide whether I should try to retire or if I'm capable, I loved this movie. I know that the Air Force is 0.1% of the population and the role I have as a woman is an even tinier percentage. I felt things in this movie. I've been called emotional and asked why I even joined. My ability to make it questioned from the day I joined to now being in for almost two years. When she said "I have nothing to prove to you," my heart burst in my chest. I felt myself cheering her on and then cheering myself on. I had pride in myself and in the fact that I am less than 0.1 percent of the United States population. I appreciated the film and way it almost forced me to feel pride which is hard to these days. I didn't know anything about the politics of the lead actress. I didn't know her story as a character and it made the experience that more impressive. I loved this film and I recommend it to any female looking to lead and change the world.
