I was happy to see a movie with a predominately Black cast. However, If you are a true Christian, you will find this movie insulting, belligerent and exhausting. Asking Mary to teach him Jesus' tricks, making fun of the virgin birth and the cruxifixction scene was just wrong. Can't understand how anyone could say this was a great movie. There were funny lines but they were small compared to the rest of the movie. I will say the cleaning up and presentation of the white Jesus was on point. Watching the Black faces worshiping him, the first time laying eyes on him wasn't surprising. Am I reading too much into the movie by taking it too seriously? Maybe, but I take the story of the Messiah and his suffering to heart.

Is it me who sees no chemistry between Miranda Rae Mayo and Taylor Kinney??? Three Black actors on the show: 1 bisexual, 1 gay. Why????? Give it a break people!

Ok, like the show BUT it's tiring to see Freema Agyeman's characteristic always on the verge of tears. She's a doctor for goodness sake. Also not sure if the writers are trying to match her and the doctor up or not. I say please don't!
