One of the best films of 2021, in my opinion, CGI effects that aren't jarring with that artificial look or feel ( see Marvel movies) Visually incredibly stunning and most definitely requires watching on IMAX to get the full experience of the movie. There's been a lot of criticism aimed at the director and film for its slow pace, if you're seeking an all out action, fast paced movie jumping at break neck speed then this movie won't meet your needs. If you can appreciate a slow paced movie that has a lot of narrative to fit in and characters to introduce you won't be disappointed. It's a long wait for episode Two, but I'll be looking forward to it. May have to watch this beaut again on the big screen.
