Love this show. I’ve been watching since season 1 and was disappointed when it ended. Being abc, I love how accurate this show is (the whole gag about CLC is completely accurate) but I kinda wish it was closer to the book after season 1. It may sound strange, but I hate/like Eddie. I have mixed opinions on him. I think that the episode “So Chinese” in season 1 showed that he was loyal to his heritage but I mean… He listen to hip-hop, can’t speak Chinese, and does everything like a “g”. Don’t get me wrong, I love hip-hop and all but that doesn’t really seem like connecting to his culture. To his credit, he was born and raised in a western country but so was I. I speak Chinese, play violin watch dramas and do all that. The jokes are well written and hilarious about the white/yellow/black comparison. It’s not only inspiring to me but many others too. Though I don’t appreciate the 5-10 reviews that are from insanely politically correct white people that don’t know what they’re saying (chill guys, no one cares) and think it’s “racist”. In truth, it’s funny, accurately stereotypical, and downright awesome. Highly recommend this show. Dunno why it’s been canceled and all those asian equality obsessed people need to chill on the ratings.

I love this film. Really, I do. I think that it is a good film compared to other works these days. But after insane character development in Oscar-winning Pixar shows like Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Wall-E, Brave, Coco, Toy Story 3, Toy Story 4, Up, Inside Out and especially Soul I can never look at films the same way again. The character design was cool but the animation didn’t have that realistic Pixar definition. The voice acting was great and I loved the concept but the script…. THE SCRIPT It was marginally better than the script in Cocomelon. I loved the idea of Italian culture, but we didn’t really see much other than pasta, fishing and vespas. Wants and Needs have also been a big thing with Pixar but Luca doesn’t really deliver well on either. He wants… a Vespa? But apparently he needs to leave his family and go to school? Yeah this is… interesting….

My first response was that this show sucked, but after seeing after-episodes getting better and better and the highly anticipated appearance of Yelena, this show has gotten back on its feet. I understand where all the bad reviews are coming from though. The first episode is slow, poorly-scripted and unrealistic (I got my black belt at 15 SO IMPRESSIVE) as well as sadly done backstories for Bishop. However episode 2 onwards shows better written wit, an amazing heartfelt backstory for the main villain, as well as the awesome fight scenes and camera tricks we’ve come to expect from marvel. Keep it up MCU, you did great this year. Merry Christmas!

Cutting edge animation and amazing concept. With Disney himself as Mickey and original voices via previous shorts, what is there to hate?

Awesome. This movie is even more cinematic and heart-wrenching than the first, the rubbery CGI and off-putting lighting is all fixed in this movie. This Berk feels a lot more fun than the other two. Httyd 1 shows a gloomy dark Berk that kills dragons while Httyd 3’s Berk feels all over the place. The introduction of Hiccup’s mum and the death of Stoick was kinda perfect for this film. Not to mention the hundreds of new dragons that were unexplored in the series and first movie that get their spotlight here. Love this movie, Stoick’s not dead, it’s all a conspiracy theory, he fakes his death right? RIGHT?!?!

An absolute masterpiece with a delicate balance of animation and sound. The quality of animation is just as good as an 80’s flick. Walt Disney is an absolute genius bringing the Mickey Mouse gang to the world and bringing untold tales into pieces of art.

Epic. Dreamworks hit the mark with Httyd, it’s sequels and series. This movie in particular was a strong entry that didn’t lack a thing. The script is devoid of dreamworks’s cringy adult jokes like the meme-worthy Bee Movie and the animation is mostly spectacular( I say mostly because usually the close ups on most of the characters is very rubbery). The character development is amazing. While it shows basically no dedication to the book I’d say they’ve gone and improved it. The timing is slower, but fast at the right moments to keep you interested and the voice actors are pitch perfect and fit the role ( TJ Miller especially, still love his voice acting roles regardless of how horrible a human being he is). The designs are way more creative than the book and the humour is sarcastic and funny. This (and trollhunters) is dreamworks strongest entry, I think it really sets it up as a competitor to Pixar

This show was amazing. It really develops trollhunters lore and it is basically everything we want from this series. My only note is that Tobes should have gone instead of Steve. He’s a better comedic relief, has better chemistry with the original crew and is easier to watch than… steveeee.

Amazing film. End of. Literally my favourite animated film anywhere anytime. The most touching thing I have ever seen with amazing visuals that I’ve come to expect with Pixar. However, if there was a 4.9 star option, I’d press it. Why not the 0.1? IT’S SO DEEP!! This show is in no way G-rated. Not that it’s violent or anything but it actually makes you rethink your LIFE. I spent a week crying over this movie AND NOBODY DIED. I will say the Fey and Fox’s roles were kinda wasted, cause it was comedy-lacking. I did like Fey’s sarcastic lines and all but all that heart-warming ness kinda made me forget them when I rewatched the show. I will say I liked how Joe was black and nobody made a big fuss out of it. This sounds weird, but honestly, did Pixar go: “Hey look here! We have a black guy! Isn’t it cool and exciting and different?”. No, it was all just: “We have a character, and he’s black. Nothing special”. I though that was cool of Pixar not to be racially bias toward anyone while still being multicultural Soul is epic. So what are you waiting for? Download Disney+, watch it! GO GO GO

Ehhhh, what can I say? I know I don’t want to be negative, but Storks had pacing issues. EVERYTHING felt rushed into a minute. It Sounds great if you summarise the plot on pen and paper but the character design was kinda weird (the teeth coming out of junior’s beak will haunt me for life), the script was problematic and the character arcs were at minimum effort. Overall I’d say good concept poor execution. Give it to Pixar and I’ll rate five stars I will say the animation was good though
