"I like films. I love going to the cinema. I like old films especially. I like romantic films, french films. I loved old westerns. I used to watch those with my grandfather"
"Literally me" moment. 🙂❤️
Certain events happen in a blink of time, and you desire they hadn't actually occurred at all. It's not simplistic to relax and unwind and live the dream you've always imagined when there's a risk of being trapped in a painful history. Landscapers is a four-episode miniseries that depicts the story of such a traumatic experience. A couple becomes embroiled in a murder investigation, and the narrative illustrates the ramifications that they face prior to the actual events. Despite the fact that the tale is foreseeable, the manner it was told is absolutely incredible. It's truly a piece of genius. The use of color, lighting, camera movement, and the overall production design to depict the events that occurred is spectacular. This is a fantastic method of conveying a tale. For me, it was more of a theatrical experience, with Olivia Colman and David Thewils giving impressive performances. They were at the center of this effort. Susan, played by Olivia Colman, was a character who I could relate to on several occasions. It was fascinating to witness how she believes about cinema and how she comments about it. Olivia is a force to be reckoned with. Her ability to immerse herself in characters is just extraordinary. The chemistry between these two was phenomenal. Olivia, I believe, is deserving of a tremendous reward for her efforts. When she said, "I'm not fragile. I'm broken. So no one can hurt me anymore".I completely lost it. This series is an art house. An underrated and an artsy wonder.
