Great scenery with a unique location. The two leads are good, although it would be nice to get more depth to the characters. He’s a slob and she’s uptight. Both are smart and good at their jobs but come at the work differently. We got all of that is season 1. Season 3 ignores Brexit, because there is no reason for a Brit cop to be working in Europe after that disaster. The Mallorcan boss lady is becoming a joke. They’ve got her dressed up like a Joan Collins drag queen, and all she does is shriek at the two leads. This is generally a throwback to Moonlighting or Hart to Hart, if only the writing could improve some. Worth the time to find and enjoy, but it won’t tax your brain.
