The opening fight scene in Daredevil is one of the worst choreographed fight sequences I’ve ever seen. I’ve heard some complaints about the Echo fight scene, but this, however, is a completely different level of bad. The choreography is awkward and sloppy, making the whole scene feel off. Much of the fight plot doesn’t add up or make sense; it’s honestly just a mess, and poorly executed. Overall, it’s a disappointing start to what should’ve been a better show. The second half of the episode, Disney hoodwinked us, is completely consumed by forced political messaging; with Trump analogies and social commentary that overshadow the story. What started as a potential superhero series quickly turns into a lecture disguised as entertainment. It’s a real letdown.

I am not sure what is more confused; the director or the movie? Clearly, someone chopped the balls off the Matrix franchise too!
