Madden is HORRIBLE. Just to make it simple. So far I've only played the Face of the Franchise mode and the creators of that part of the game clearly just came to work just for the paycheck. The cut scenes are terrible. It's like watching stop motion. The character will start moving and the voice actor will start talking afterwards. And the person you're speaking to sits completely still like a robot. Then the scenes where you are on the couch, it looks like your character is sleeping and his body was created by a 8 year old and colored within the lines. The character's head isn't proportional with the body and neither are the hands. Just poorly put together. You can tell they didn't care about this game.
