Gary Oldman is fantastic, he literally plays every emotion perfectly where you sympathise, hate, fear and love Dracula. Very true to the books themes - and fantastic Victorian gothic symbolism. Religion vs science, sex/lust vs romance/love, illness and madness. The film has added aspects the book couldn’t due to the era, such as making the vampire brides more sexual and lustful.
