•Our society won’t just wake up one day and be entirely despicable. It’s a slow fade and targeted desensitization to despicable behavior. •Female empowerment does NOT come from complaining that “men objectify women so let’s objectify ourselves then we’ll be so liberated.” •And just so we’re clear, 11-year-olds are not in the “coming of age” category. •And if it’s such a “coming of age” movie, why didn’t Netflix put it in the kids account? Instead, it’s in the adults account. •So why are adults so interested in watching 11-year-olds “coming of age“ and displaying entirely age INappropriate behavior?
