The coverage of Team USA walking into the Olympic Stadium was definitely not what I expected. The camera angles were awkward (rear shots and on the ground views) with no wide angle shots of our team coming into the stadium as a group. After 3 hours of patiently waiting to see the US make its entrance I was very disappointed not to see better coverage. Also, the interviews were unnecessary and distracting. The Olympic athletes deserve better and so does your TV audience. Sometimes sticking to the basics is best.
