I’m going to give it five stars just for the people complaining about how shitty the movie is. The scientific words, I’m sure made some people roll their eyeballs to the back of their heads. I don’t know what the hell is going on with this movie. I had to stop it several times to look up definitions. I realized I’m stupid so I decided to continue watching hoping to see cows and people pulled into the obivlion.

I can only understand the horrible reviews by describing that some who watched are conditioned to be served a ghost story by typical Hollywood standards. I immediately thought the young girl looked odd by her pale makeup. Even thought is she dead at first. I fought my ideas of how I would write the story. I do that a lot. Some good jump scares. I kept screaming at the tv. “Turn off the damn flashlight!” I was thrown off by the backpack filled with occult items. But by the end of the movie it made sense. The movie, “The Others” came to mind. If you enjoy a slow burn kinda movie this is it. If you prefer the typical rum of the mill ghost story look elsewhere.
