I am remarkably surprised to see that Not ONE person has put up a review here on this remarkable work by Dean G. I have ordered several of these journals so far and have gotten through 1/2 of my first journal, and am absolutely LOVING it! Just wait until you "FEEL" the journal! The texture is absolutely the physical manifestation of what I would call Symbiosis, or Osmosis! It literally "feels" like it "Belongs" in your hands. Just wait. ^,^ Also, the "walk-through" process that is provided to you by Dean is very straight forward, and if you decide to follow along with his video's, it will be one of your greatest assets to getting started in the way that he feels is best for obtaining results. You ABSOLUTELY must be dedicated to making this a Daily routine. If you fall off the "bus," you'll find yourself guilting yourself, and perhaps falling drastically behind your own desired schedule of success!
