It’s about a girl who shows up with a bruised face, who turns out to be Mike Parker’s girlfriend. She goes to the school’s principal and makes the statement that Mike hit her. It’s about the reaction from that statement when everyone hears it. I really enjoyed the book, it was a good fast read.

Every book that has Mary Higgins Clark’s name on it is a winner this one is no different. When Nina Peterson is murdered and her son Neil sees it happen it’s a race against time to get a wrongly accused guy off of death row before his death. Time is running out can it be done. Good from first page till last.
