60/40 I've been in construction most of my life....I'm 63 now....... I see a lot of good information shared with the folks watching. But I see a lot of things that I and many experienced contractors don't agree with.... I've even seen some that are just plain wrong..... if some states don't agree with them this should be brought to the attention of the viewers. (Say maybe ....please check with your local inspectors or building rules and laws to check this project we areshowing)
