If this this series was given a rating in 1970 1980 it would have been given an X rating fast forward 2020 should be a R + rating .. gratuitous explicit sex dominated this series and with these sex scenes increasing in later seasons .. Explicit Nudity ( butt naked people for entire scenes ) both men and women frontal .. had to fast forward through these There was Some very funny scenes and dialogue but it became less in later seasons This series bordered as soft pornography Main character Hannah Horvath ( Lena Dunham) was repulsive as was her constant nudity However think portrayal of millennials in NYC was captured well as entitled ( those not necessarily even rich) residents Not recommended for everyone Rate R+ 5/10
