When George described the 3 stage military manoeuvre that he feared was happening in the USA, I realised that is what is happening in Gaza now, minus the sound wave torture and taking out the satellites out. It made me empathise more with the pressure, the fear, the horror that Gazans must be feeling. They have little to no access to water, food, electricity, fuel, internet, TV, radio. This is leading to collapse and then chaos and in fighting will finish things off. Horrific. The October 7 Hamas attack was brutal. What the IDF are doing to Gaza now is brutal and more encompassing. The Israeli armed forces are making large areas uninhabitable for the Palestinians. And they, the Palestinians, have no where to run, no where to hide (as the Israelis suffered, too, on October 7). While its twists and turns at times are hard to follow and could be called surreal, the central message of this film, for me, carries it through to a triumphant end. I loved it.
