Donald Trump is/was arrogant and disrespectful to the people on the show. It was more of a "I don't like you" and I won't hire you. And he is still that way today. He wants his own way. No positive input from others. He thinks he is the "king" and everything is his way. He takes no ownership in his wrong doing.
