I was so excited to see they were making a movie of a book series that not only terrified me growing up but started my love for reading and all things horror. I was really worried about them butchering the stories in some way but I was honestly pleasantly surprised how good the movie was! The monsters were executed perfectly! My 24 year old sister got to watch it before me and said she had vivid nightmares! I definitely want to own this movie the moment it comes on DVD!
