Love it, love them, love Gelman - being able to stay consistent and true to who each is as an individual, and maintain the ability to connect with each other, with the audience, requires an authenticity, a true friendship/trusting each other professionally. Who they are as individuals - their personal integrity, morals, values, tie into their work ethic and professionalism. Add to that their kindness, warmth and humor - I love this show! I work 50 hours plus a week from home, and this is my go to when I am done for the week - thanks to you all!
