Along with all of her other movies and roles, Plaza made a masterpiece. Not only does "Ingrid goes West" encapsulates the sociopathic tendencies of social media obsessed people, it also shows how easy it is to fall into a depression. It shows how NOT to handle it. She had feared she was alone, but she's not. None of us are.
