I bought a Superman ticket, and I purchased the 4DX experience, and when I got to the theater, it was just the traditional experience that I got. I called Fandango numerous times, and I also filed a case to get an exchange in order to get the 4DX experience, and they denied my refund. The ticket that I purchased clearly stated 4DX on it, and they put me in a theater without the 4DX experience. I am going to file a dispute with my card company! I’m never going through Fandango again!
