This movie was fantastic! From the CGI work to the storyline, I loved it! However, what ties it all together is that it perfectly includes the first Candyman movie. Not many horror movie remakes or sequels mention the first movie or add on to it the way they should. This leaves many horror fans disappointed, mainly those who grew up on them. Even though some parts seemed a little off, they can be looked past as you move on. I feel like some of today's modern issues were involved in this movie (like many movies made between 2020-2022), but I didn't let it persuade or affect my feelings. Candyman certainly did not disappoint, though, and I would recommend it to any horror movie fan out there.
