3 stars because the acting was brilliant. But I hate the fact that the old man died. Why?? He was a victim in both movies and my opinion will not change. The ending wasnt great. You'd love the film if you found the blind guy a villian, I think he should've lived and a follow up of Rocky in the future should've showed.
