Great F****** book! Motivated me to start running. Lift even harder , and even sparked in interest in hunting later down the road in life for meat to always be on my table as a man ( The Provider) . Cameron Hanes is a man w/ real life talent that not many can speak of. Highly recommend this book . I assumed I wouldn’t have a spark for this kind of reading, but it inspired me just off how hard a 9-5 guy can work in the real world and still crush it life and at the same time be a full time parent / partner / athlete. Truly inspiring.

Just a boring film, they did a great job showing how disturbed he was but I already knew that once watching the film , I didn’t think they need to use an entire film to cover it . Maybe the first 40mins to describe how bad it was for him but I was disappointed, nothing really sinister , only his interest in cutting up animals , but again I feel that could of been covered in the beginning of the 20-30mins... I was looking to see him maybe bash or gut someone , or at least give the impression that he had already taken someone’s life .. but just a boring film if your expecting him to do anything other then spazz out in public for other ppls amusement .
