This absolutely breathtaking story of 4 generations of Koreans is MUST SEE! It take us through multiple time periods in Japan, Korea, New York and Tokyo while paying so much BEAUTIFUL detail to the period, locations, scenery and social status of each one of the incredibly developed characters. It is told in Japanese, Korean and English and the actors do such phenomenal job of drawing us in to their lives and stories of love, family, friendship, and especially the Japanese take over of Korea and the affect it had on the Korean people. I can't rave enough about this show and I definitely see some awards coming to the writers and actors of Pachinko.
