Happy to say publicly to the algorithm that this book should be bought on paper and given for free to any PhD student in the humanities and social sciences the day they enrol. Some of it has dated, some of it will seem alien, but its the mix of tough love and pure agential inspiration you know you need when you start. I wish I'd read it 20 years ago.

Look, I might be biased, but this is definitely the best book on David Lynch's Dune written in decades. It may be (probably, you can quibble in a couple of cases) also the only book written on David Lynch's Dune written in decades. I can highly recommend both reading and writing this book.
