I feel like when A Quiet Place and Bird Box and how great and amazing A Quiet Place and How Scary Bird Box was and popular it got since the bird box challenge this movie tried to capture what was great about both. Even down by them copying Quiet Place by having a deaf daughter. Its not like the actors was bad or anything I'm A fan of Stanley Tucci and Kiernan Shipka. Anyway it not the best but it's not the worst horror movie out there I also hope lme (let me explain) see this. Also it kinda rips off of Hush 2016 also on Netflix which is a better film you should check out
