The movie is rated a D+. I thought since Reese Silverspoon directed it that it would be great. It did not match the book excitment. There was more interaction with the town folk in the book and lesser in the movie. There were great actors. Some not wellknown but the book kept you wanting to read more. I finished the book in 2 days. The money u would have spent on popcorn and coke would had paid for the book. I did read it a second time after the movie. Again the book was a winner and the movie was a failure.
