Have been a member for many years and spent thousands of pounds. Since the merger the customer service has become rubbish, nothing seems to get sorted for weeks if you have a query/complaint. Shows too are not what they were, I now watch Hobbymaker. Disappointing for crafters, miss the old shows/presenters before the takeover
