Hard to say what was going on in this movie. Most of the time it seemed like the director was filming random scenes and giving the actors creative license to just make up their lines after being given some direction. So they just played off each other like some drama exercise. Their isn’t really a story line aside from the two main characters riding around to random events. The events don’t really have any bearing on the plot. So you are just kind of wondering what they are doing. The only real things that tied together were getting a dog back to an owner and no gluten. The way they filmed was also interesting. More like tv than movie. But it wasn’t a bad idea. Just wasn’t supported by a storyline. All in all….the actors didn’t really have much to work with. Kind of felt bad for them.

Seems like Franco has been leaning more toward these B movie budget flicks lately. It’s odd that there are so many of these popping up. Must be a trend. It’s all I can come up with that explains why so many big names are taking part in these movies. Milla Jovovich, Lucy Liu, Suki Waterhouse. Another that was like this was “the bad batch”. Actors like Jim Carrey (who was actually the best part of that movie) participated in that mess along with Jason Mamoa, Keanu Reeves, Giovani Ribisi and others including Suki Waterhouse again. One has to wonder if Suki Waterhouse actually likes these or is cursed. If the hope is that there is more artistically going on in these movies, well..... it was lost on me. The movie was not very good. Enough said.
