I think many people are disappointed in the ending of the movie because We all want to believe in an epic, fairytale love of a lifetime. The third installment robbed us of that. I had to watch the ending a 2nd time to understand that in Kissing Booth 1 as Noah was leaving Elle for college, He never turned around. However, in this ending as He was on the stairs, He was willing to turn around to see Elle. By Noah being open to ride his bike with Elle whenever He comes to town, seems as if they are rebuilding their relationship and will be back together again. Ultimately, the moral of the movie was "Live Your Life for You and No one else."
