If you are or ever have been a fan of the civilization series then this is a must play. It is much more in depth, but feels very familiar. There is a little o get used to but has really enhanced the experience, the culture engine and different choices presented to you are the strengths that really separate it from the classic. I am only in the ancient era so there is a lot of game play left but my early reaction is that I love it and it has the same keep you up at night "one more turn" vibe.
