I have to say this is a truly life-changing book not only for me as a follower of Christ in the last 40 years, a pastors wife and teacher of 30 year, but also as a professional therapist in private practice for over 12 years. Additionally, I am a survivor of traumatic childhood sexual abuse. So I am more than familiar with not only our great Lord’s capacity to heal, transform and turn what was meant for evil for good, but also recognize it is an ongoing daily journey of healing with our gentle savior and redeemer of all that has been stolen.
