J Dubbs – Google

Saw this show when it was first released in US on netflix. First reaction was "what in the world is this nonsense"? However, once you really get into the heart of it, you can really see the depth of the characters and what the whole thing represents (especially in South Korean culture and social structure). The games were done very well, and the final twist was done very well. Only thing I didn't like was the way they chose to end the final scene given all that happened to that particular character to get them to that point in the show (not going to spoil it). It's worth your time to give it a go (even with slightly "off" dubbing)

Meh. Very slow. Very "woke". Unnecessary sex scene that didn't add much to the film. Long winded (2 hour 45 min!). I did enjoy the final 20 minutes or so and then final post credit scene (might have been my favorite part of the movie actually). I gave 3 stars instead of less because there were some beautiful special effects, and it really did have a great cast. But overall, a big whiff for the MCU. Probably worst film of the mcu (along with dark world). Best to wait til this one goes to disney plus if you were on the fence about this one.

I really was hoping this film would make me excited to go back to the movies to see that "blockbuster" again....but I found this film to be incredibly slow and dull, the main villan to be lame, and the plot full of holes and really, really bad dialogue and acting. I actually really enjoyed the first film - but this one was very lazily written, was so slow, and aside from the very first sequence of the film - just an all out slog to get through. What a disappointment. Worst film of DC universe yet
