Jesus H. Roosevelt Christ!!!
Like many other dyed in the wool Outlander fans, i also feel this book was a disappointment. I could care less about all the war strategies and the smells of everything. This series is, above all else, a love story. It's about Claire and Jamie and time travel. There were already enough plot lines and characters to work with, and many, MANY unresolved details to bring forward. Sadly, this book didn't get us much further along, and it was mostly boring. For the love of Rollo, please get us back on track with our main characters and please, bring us full circle. Soon.
